The Occoquan Watershed Monitoring Laboratory (OWML)
The OWML is an innovative partnership between Virginia Tech's Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, Fairfax Water, and a number of public water supply and water reclamation agencies, city and county governments, and private consulting firms in Northern Virginia.
